Anthony has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 25 years. He has registered and operated a number of specialist children’s residential homes, fostering services, and supported accommodation services during this time. He has a keen eye for quality and is instrumental in developing our services and driving the company business plan forward. He holds a number of professional qualifications, is a Team Teach trainer, and is qualified to Designated Safeguarding Level 5.
Emma has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for 10 years and oversees our Derbyshire portfolio of homes. She has significant management experience working in children’s and adults’ residential settings, Supported Living, and Day Service environments. Emma holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of Health and Social Care and is qualified to Designated Safeguarding Level 3.
Rea has worked in social care for almost 8 years working with young people and adults with high complex needs, autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour. Rea has significant experience within children’s residential care supporting children with complex needs as a Registered Manager. Rea previously worked for Nottinghamshire Local Authority, Nottingham City and Derbyshire looked after children’s teams, Rea has also worked for Derbyshire child protection children in need team.
Rea is passionate about working with young people and supporting young people to reach their full potential.
Mohammed is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned professional with a passion for innovation, community development, and making a difference in people's lives. Beginning his career as an auditor and accountant, Mohammed’s journey into entrepreneurship led him to establish one of the South of England's leading rubber recycling companies Pyrite Industries. With a visionary approach to sustainability, he developed groundbreaking solutions to repurpose waste rubber into safe and eco-friendly surfacing products through his venture Safety Play.
Beyond business, Mohammed’s heart lies in serving the community. As a dedicated Group Scout Leader, he runs a thriving scout group, mentoring young people and fostering the values of leadership, resilience, and teamwork. Mohammed is also one of the founding members of a local charity based in Derby, channelling his energy into initiatives that uplift, support and develop the youth.
